The Feedlot Program
Designed to Maximize Productivity While Keeping Costs to a Minimum
The Program Consists of 3 Products:
- 28-DAY BEEF BASE
Weaned Calves to 28 Days Post-Weaning
28-Day Beef Base was specifically designed for newly weaned calves or calves under compound stress. It helps to increase immune function by supplying the necessary vitamins and minerals to illicit an immune response. It helps protect against shipping fever as it is medicated with AS700. It contains flavoring to encourage feed consumption. It also contains other products specifically to target metabolism and immunity.
- BEEF 55 PLUS
28 Days Post-Weaning to 800 lbs
800 to 1150 lbs
Beef 55 Plus is a supplement fed to young, growing animals. It contains a balance of macrominerals, trace minerals, vitamins, bypass proteins and vegetable fats which help improve feed efficiency, overall daily gains and forage utilization as well as aids in the prevention of coccidiosis. This product is a very palatable addition to any diet and mixes well with TMR rations. It offers 2 levels of Rumensin, (635 mg and 925 mg), to match dry matter intake and increase weight range.
- INORGANIC FEEDLOT PREMIX
1150lbs to Finish
A finisher ration should contain a balance of macrominerals, trace minerals and vitamins, a higher calcium level to prevent joint stiffness and aid in the prevention of coccidiosis. Inorganic feedlot premix offers all of this as well as a lower cost per head per day in finishing rations. More inexpensive inorganic minerals are used as there is little benefit from feeding more expensive chelated minerals at this stage in the animals growth cycle. This premix is available with varying levels of rumensin depending on the animals weight range and dry matter intake.
